By entering the Polymaps Holiday Giveaway, you agree to and acknowledge the following terms:

- No purchase is necessary to enter the giveaway.
- This giveaway is in no way sponsored, endorsed, or associated with Twitter, Mojang, Microsoft, or LEGO.
- The giveaway will open the moment the tweet is posted on the 1st of January 2019 and close on the 13th of January 2019 at 11:59PM (GMT). Entries after this time will not be counted.
- Participants of the giveaway must be over the age of 18 or over the age of 13 with parental consent.
- Employees of Polymaps Ltd, or their family or households, are not eligible to take part in the giveaway.
- One (1) entry per participant. Attempts to enter the giveaway multiple times will result in disqualification from the giveaway.
- The giveaway is open to all residents of the US, Canada and the EU.
- To enter, retweet the @PolymapsMC pinned holiday giveaway tweet and follow @PolymapsMC on Twitter. You must have a Twitter account to participate.
- Three (3) prize packages are available to win. The contents of the prize packages are stated above and they cannot be redeemed for monetary value, nor will any alternative prizes be offered.
- Three (3) winners of the giveaway will be chosen at random using the TweetDraw website. The first randomly selected winner will receive the first prize, the second randomly selected winner will receive the second prize, and the final selected winner will receive the third prize.
- Participants are limited to one (1) prize per person. In the event that TweetDraw draws the same name twice, the draw will be re-rolled to determine a valid second winner.
- The three (3) winners will be announced within seven (7) days of the giveaway closing on the @PolymapsMC Twitter account and then contacted via Twitter DM to confirm details.
- Once a winner is contacted, they must verify their identity and age, and provide us with a valid mailing address within the US, Canada or EU. Once completed, their package will be sent within thirty (30) days.
- The three (3) winners will be solely responsible for paying any import taxes in relation to the delivery or receipt of the prize.
- Polymaps will not be held responsible should the prize be lost, stolen, or damaged during shipping.
- In the event that, for any reason, a winner does not respond to Polymaps' Twitter DM within thirty (30) days of the winners being announced, they will forfeit their prize and Polymaps will be under no obligation to compensate them in any way. Instead, a new winner will be chosen at random using TweetDraw using the original participants.
- You may withdraw your entry at any time during the giveaway by deleting your retweet.
